Can’t Let Life Get In The Way

I haven’t blogged in forever and I can’t blame anyone but myself. My life has been very different lately, and I will talk about that more in depth in later posts. The point is even things that had to be done or tasks required of daily life should not stop us from completing things that complete us.

It is said that the most accomplished individuals are those who consistently possess aspirations to anticipate. They consistently prioritize and allocate time for activities that enhance their enjoyment of life, rather than solely focusing on the forthcoming business meetings, work events, or projects. vacationing, reading a book, or simply spending some peaceful time to gather their thoughts. True success, in my opinion, lies in these areas, which vary from person to person.

As a former people pleaser, I had always prioritized other people’s needs before my own. I was tricked and, in some circumstances, brainwashed into believing that serving others would make me a better person and happier in life. I paid a heavy price for adopting their way of thinking and living, which was completely false. You must have the ability to select the individuals and methods by which you serve. Only then would it be actual service, rather than an indentured servant, but I digress…

More on this topic at a later time. I wanted to get the words out before i forgot them or they got buried in the back of my mind.

Life will invariably present challenges and obstacles. We cannot always anticipate them. We can recognize that they will ultimately arrive and retrieve them as is customary. They may become distractions; do not allow them to transform into ‘destructions.’
